US President Satan?

Jesus Christ called the Jewish leaders of His day liars and hypocrites. Was He speaking the truth?

John 8:44
You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

Today, we hear the charges of liar and the title of “devil” being hurled at a world leader, our own  president, George Bush. The man issuing the charge is not Jesus, nor any relation to Him. But the very same question I ask above in relation to the charge Jesus levied at the Jewish leaders of His day, I ask regarding the charge being laid upon our nation’s leader today.

IS IT TRUE?

What would prompt the Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez to characterize the U.S. president as Satan to an assembly of world leaders at the United Nations this week?

Chavez said: “The devil is right at home. The devil, the devil himself, is right in the house.

“And the devil came here yesterday. Yesterday the devil came here. Right here. [crosses himself] And it smells of sulfur still today.

“Yesterday, ladies and gentlemen, from this rostrum, the president of the United States, the gentleman to whom I refer as the devil, came here, talking as if he owned the world. Truly. As the owner of the world.”

These are the opening remarks Chavez made to the assembly. Read his entire remarks here. There is more that you have not heard, but ought to know.

TODAY,

President Bush denied knowing anything about the remarks made by Pakistan president Pervez Musharraf, who charged that the U.S. had threatened his country unless it participated with the U.S. in the so-called “War on Terror.” Musharraf said that former Secretary of State Richard Armitage told Pakistani Intelligence that the U.S. would bomb Pakistan “back to the Stone Age” if it failed to assist the U.S. in the fight against Al-Qaida. Surely our nation would never make such a statement, would it?

We must ask the question, “Is it True?” Then we must seek the answers by researching facts, not merely listening to hyperbole.

Bush claimed that his first knowledge of the remarks made by a head of state alleging threats made by the United States, was through the news media.

So, here’s the question: do you believe that our president first receives information about the activities of the State Department through the media?

Before we make a judgment regarding the remarks made by Venezuela and Pakistan, it would be prudent to gather as much information regarding the motives behind the charges being made. Such information cannot be absorbed through a biased media in the U.S. today, that seeks to discredit any negative information seeping in from around the globe about the activities of the United States.

But the research has been done for you already. Read my book and you will find plenty that will answer the question, “Is it true?”

Fact after fact, complete with sources, this book will be the only resource you need to refute any and every argument made by those who advocate U.S. dominance around the globe. Additionally, it provides deep insight into the religious ramifications of the activities of our government, and the rampant hypocrisy in the American Christian community.

Ignorance of the populace is the greatest friend to tyrants and the worst enemy of the American people.
