BBC Poll: Majority of world wants U.S. out of Iraq today
In a BBC poll of more than 23,000 citizens across the globe in 22 countries revealed that an overwhelming majority of the planet wants the U.S. out of Iraq today. The poll, conducted last year through phone and face-to-face interviews, was published in July of 2007. Respondents were given a variety of questions, but the two most important ones — Do you favor immediate U.S. withdrawal? and Do you favor U.S. withdrawal from Iraq within one year? — were combined to indicate a single percentage of citizens who indicated they wanted the U.S. out of Iraq in one year.
Since this poll was released last summer, the findings indicate a majority of the world in this poll overwhelmingly wants the U.S. military out of Iraq today. The poll indicates that even Israel, a U.S. ally, has a majority of its citizens who want the U.S. out of Iraq today.
So what’s your view on the U.S. military in Iraq?
Should the U.S. leave Iraq immediately?
Should we leave in a year?
Should we stay until our military commanders deem Iraq secure enough to depart?
Should we remain indefinitely?
Here is the actual poll given by the BBC.

I’m shocked!!! A poll originated, and conducted, by anti-military establishments, shows people don’t like war. What are the odds?
